Greatly enhanced visuals for both LED and incandescent colour light signals

Delay between the train passing a signal and it reverting to danger

When a signal goes from red to green, there is a chance intermediate aspects are briefly visible as per reality

Incandescent bulb aspects now fade in and out

Signals in the vicinity of a moving train now project light which illuminates objects in front of the signal

Improved visibility from a distance

Flashing yellows approach control now clears on approach to the junction signal

Where approach control was just a yellow light at the junction signal, it is now a red light which then clears on approach to the junction signal

4 types of approach control available for use by route and scenario creators

Track marker for scenario creators to apply approach control to a signal that does not have it applied by default in a route

Track markers which allow route and scenario creators to force a signal to show a certain aspect

Track marker which allows scenario creators to show a 'calling on' aspect on a signal without the player having to press 'Tab'
